Board of Directors Meeting

Due to current COVID-19 infection rates, high risk for many of our residents, and social distancing protocols the Board of Directors will meet in closed session on Jan 9th.   Owner participation in the Board meeting will be available via email.   If you desire to raise a matter with the Board, you may respond via email to LwoodBdDir@mycci.net.    

You may provide comments on any matter/s that you deem important.  You may also recommend an agenda item.  We will address all submissions during the meeting and respond to you via email.  If it is a matter that affects all owners, we will distribute those comments and our response via email to all owners as well as providing a copy of the Minutes.  The Minutes will contain all comments and responses and will be a matter of public record.
