July 13th, 2020 – Over 2/3rd\’s of Owners voted \”YES\” for the proposed changes to the Declarations. Propositions 1 and 2 passed.
The amendment process and filing of documents in the official county records should be complete before the end of August.
Shortly after the filing process is completed, printing, binding and distribution of all documents to owners will follow.
Expect Oct 1 as the effective date for the amended Declarations and Rules and Regulations.
